As Arizonans Face High Holiday Prices, Honest Arizona, Chamber of Mothers Collect Baby Formula Donations for Young Families

PHOENIX —  Honest Arizona and Chamber of Mothers’ Phoenix/Gilbert Chapter collected baby formula donations as part of an ongoing effort to help young families struggling with higher prices this holiday season. Their donations were matched by Bobbie, a baby formula company founded by moms that advocates for change in our feeding culture. 

“This isn’t a debate, this is a crisis: an affordability crisis that families are facing right now," said Jess Bjerke with Chamber of Mothers. "Our families are fundamental. Our mothers are fundamental to our economy. Our children are fundamental to our future. This is a nonpartisan issue. We can all agree that babies, mothers, and families deserve stability and support. We call on Congress to recognize the needs of families and vote accordingly—their constituents are counting on them."

"Arizonans are demanding that their Representatives, like Congressman Schweikert, step up and address the affordability crisis brought on by tariffs and cuts to health care," said Andrea Moreno, Executive Director of Honest Arizona. "It's time for Schweikert to start listening to his constituents instead of the billionaires who he rewards with massive tax giveaways."
